Mary E. Franco, 90, of Chula Vista died March 24. She was born in Minneapolis and was a customer-service operator for Pacific Telephone. She was a member of Unity Church.

Survivors include her son, Michael Franco of Chula Vista.

Services: 2 p.m. today, Salli Lynn Chapel, Greenwood Mortuary, 4300 Imperial Ave., San Diego.

Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park.

Donations: San Diego Hospice, 4311 Third Ave., San Diego, CA 92103-1407.

LILLIE MAXINE GENTRY

May 1, 1924-March 23, 2008

Lillie Maxine Gentry, 83, of San Diego died March 23. She was born in Ashdown, Ark., and was a private chef.

Survivors include her niece, Janette Tate of Spring Valley.

Services: have been held.

Interment: April 4, Belmont Memorial Cemetery, 201 Tielman Ave., Fresno.

Arrangements: Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary.

MARIE T. GOLOJUCH

Feb. 11, 1919-March 19, 2008

Marie T. Golojuch, 89, of La Mesa died March 19. She was born in West Virginia and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Rita Holden; sons, Michael, Patrick, Richard, James and Kenneth; sister, Amilia Copper; brother, Edward Garlowich; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Mass: has been celebrated.

Inurnment: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Memorial Drive, Point Loma.

Christopher Lewis Hinton Sr., 46, of Tucson died March 20. He was born in Charlotte, N.C., and was a brick mason for a private construction company.

Survivors include his daughters, Crystal Hinton of Dallas and Jamie Hinton of Tucson; sons, Christopher Hinton Jr. and David Hinton of Tucson and Lawrence Robertson of San Diego; mother, Naomi Parks of Charlotte, N.C.; sister, Alison Hinton of Charlotte, N.C.; brother, James Hinton Jr. of San Diego; grandmother, Alic Tillman of Charlotte, N.C.; and five grandchildren.
