Dance performances: Voices of San Diego Dance Theater will present two evenings of dance by choreographers Jean Isaacs, Keith Johnson and others at 9 tonight and 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Don Powell Theater, San Diego State University. Culture days: American Indian Culture Days will be celebrated from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and tomorrow at Park Boulevard and Presidents Way in Balboa Park. Performers will include the Wildcat Bird Singers, Toltecas en Aztlan Dancers, Abel Silvas and the Pollen Trail Dancers. A Powwow will start with gourd dancing at 12:30 p.m. There will be shopping at 40 arts and crafts booths featuring jewelry, pottery, paintings, beadwork, books, Kachina dolls and more.
